Subject to stock availability and receipt of payment, orders will be processed within 3 days and handed over to a courier company for delivery. The user will be notified by email with the shipping details.
We will supply all goods to the courier company in good order and will ensure that goods arrive at the User's chosen delivery address in the same good order.
Email us at email@example.com and tell us what you would like to order and your address. Delivery charges are dependent on weight and volume, and some products are restricted. We will calculate the cost of delivery and reply to you. Please also register as a user on the Overland Solutions website.
Returns & Refund Policy
We undertake to refund (original payment card ) or replace any product delivered to you that is incorrect, faulty or is in a damaged condition. If you wish to return an incorrect, faulty or damaged product, you must notify us by email. Return of incorrect, faulty or damaged goods for exchange or refund is entirely at your cost and risk. Goods returned under warranty will be inspected by us and the supplier or manufacturer. We undertake to replace the incorrect, faulty or damaged product or reimburse your original payment card including packaging and postage charges for approved warranty claims.
We also undertake to refund (original payment card) or exchange any undamaged product purchased from us so long as it is returned unused and with proof of purchase within 10 days of purchase. Return of undamaged goods for exchange or refund is entirely at your cost and risk. Original packing and postage/shipping charges are not refundable.
If we are unable at the time of return to replace or exchange returned goods, we undertake to reimburse your original payment card for the amount initially debited for the purchase including packaging and postage charges.
Where a product has been listed at the incorrect price or with incorrect descriptive information or image due to typographical error or similar oversight or insufficient stock we reserve the right to cancel a transaction. Where your credit card has been charged, we will immediately refund your original payment card for the total amount debited.
Cancelled orders on the e-commerce facility will be refunded after deduction of a 10% charge for administration costs.
